I think we will need a little more info than a thread title and a blank post.

It takes a little longer than that for the pages to be indexed. Have patience!

The google bots need to have time to crawl your site, and get back to index it. It can take hours, it can take days. Just have some patience and continue working.

    Good Luck to You

Didn't want to start another thread, since this is basically the same problem I have.. Before I knew any better, I had my site setup incorrectly, whereas you could pull up the same site with or without the www on it.. I went in and made a permanent redirect for it. But on the search engines it still showed the indexing from www.mysite.com. In my webmaster tools, do I need to delete that and replace it with mysite.com or just leave as is?

    сheck your site robots.txt
(you may put "Disallow: /") - very common mistake
or maybe meta tags: “nofollow” or “noindex” ...

I have Disallow set for certain directories.. So that shouldn't be it. I may just remove the robot.txt altogether to make sure that isn't the problem. But it indexed fine before I added the property without WWW and chose it as my preferred domain.

as your site is ordinary indexing will take time. Crawler will take time to index you pages. If you have good no of back links your crawling rate will increase. Also you should update the content on pages on regular basis, that also help to increase the crawl rate
