How can I make xyz.com/page1 to be home page?

    I have setup a script that uses url/folder name as its home page.
    I want the index page to be above page or show above page's content.
    Does it require a htaccess rewire rule?

    Or is there another simpler option?

    While you could use a redirect or rewriterule to do this, I have to ask...

    Why didn't you just put it in the root in the first blasted place?
