Best free live chat software

There are quite a few free live support chat widgets out there for your website, but there aren't a lot that do it well or that are easy to get up and running quickly.

there are some free tolls out there. I dont want to posts links, cause im not allowed to, but google them you will find them easily

 

My choice is freezilla because

• Being available in a number of languages.
• The easy synchronization of local and remote directories.
• Availability of features like bookmarks, wizards for network configuration, configurable transfer speed limits and option to edit remote files.

 

I'm already using www.p3chat.com, it's not expensive (costs less 2$) and has 14 days trial.

 

Hey your website looks nice but unable to find any chat option over there. Live chat widget not only gives a professional look to websites but also helpful in website visitors communication in real time. It means more chances to convert website visitors into customers.
Live2Support would be more suitable for you if your budget is tight.

 

I'm using HeyBubble and I'm delighted, easy, fast, cheap, nice software.

 

I visited them and I can say that their 1st plan is not so cheap ( for services they offer )
Personally, I am using MyLiveChat. It is FREE!!! You can use the web version ( web version ) OR download the Live Chat software in your desktop ( desktop version ). You can customize everything - from the bubble appearing in your website, through pictures showing in the client popup up to the size of client's popup. All other companies apply additional costs for these options! It is even better than Zopim. I'm even wondering why Zopim are one of the most commonly used FREE Live Chat softwares.

Hello! I know this post is already a bit old, but I'd still like to share my own point of view, since I think livechat is going to be a really important feature of websites in the future!

Personally I am using Visitlead.com . It may not be so well-know yet, but I decided to give it a try because it seemed quite complete, has nice features and the price is more than competitive. They also offer a 14 days trial.

I have been using it for some time now and I am very happy about my choice. It was easy to set up and use and is really fast. Can only recommend it.

 

Zopim is really nice. The statistics and realtime tracker included are better than other solutions. I have also found that Zopim is more accurate than other chat tools when determining location based on IP address.

My biggest complaint is about Zopim is that it starts out expanded when a visitor lands on your homepage. As a customer I see this as very annoying.

 

I've always liked using Click4Assistance, anyone else seen their site?

 

We use LiveZilla but I am not sure if it's within your budget.

 

I would recommend you to use Cugic.com live chat software. This would give you few more features to use and go part of this is not so expensive.

 

as far as I have found Tawk.to is one of best when we talk about free chat application.

 

I use LiveAgent, includes everything I needs.
