I wrote a post about making 100 websites that all make $1 a day. It can take a while but its fool proof. Please let me know what you think.

I like the idea of scaling to 100 sites.

The hard part for most is to make 1 site make $1 a day. Some types of websites require 200 to 2000 click thrus to generate that 1 dollar.

If you can do that, then scaling should not be a problem.

Ok, I've looked and read over your thread and visited you page. However I can not fathom 1) the cost of buying 100 websites, like $14.99 per year from most not including hosting. That "ALONE" is over $1,500 I'm not to sure I would shell out in hopes of making $1 per day from each individual site. You can however try an easier approach.

Domain buying and parking good domain made names with PTC links like from godaddy, which may entice the the browser to click on desired links.

Ooooorrrrrr!! Here's a better idea! Try "ONE" Domain with hosting! Use "One" unpopular niche and "Long Tail Keyword" into pages and descriptions then you can connect those to affiliate sites like amazon store! Those things stay active FOREVER!

For instance take a niche like... Shoe Strings!! Yeah that could be you're keyword and site! Did You know that there are over 2,000 different shoe string types??

Your point is very valid. So you're absolutely right, It wouldn't be cost effective to buy 100 domains for $9.00 - $14.00 and add hosting fees to make a return of $3,500 per month. However, your idea of building niche sites connected to a bunch of affiliate networks like Amazon's affiliate program can work. I know people that have their own affiliate niche sites and are generating $2,000 on each of their domains. The advice you gave the OP is very valid, insightful, well planned, and professional. And I'm sure it took you less than an hour to create it. Nevertheless, to get his plan to work he would need to completely eliminate the initial startup cost which in his case involves domain name and hosting but just like you stated in your plan he can still target different niche categories.

To completely get around the initial investment of purchasing domains and hosting, he could register for free domains, and temporarily for go the pride of having a .info or .com and hosting to focus more on content, and generating the seed capital he will need to make his entire project more legit. Basically, by registering a blog spot blog or going towards a free site you'd not only save on costs, but you'd have the opportunity to proliferate your efforts to generate revenue all over the internet. Eventually these blogs or content on all these free domains would get shut down but at the end of the year you would have $36,000 or more ( in one big chunk) to reinvest back into your original plan by allowing you to register your 100 registered domains with unlimited hosting.

Original OP: Yes, I realize how messy this sounds, but life is a very messy experience, some people don't have the money to start, as a matter of fact.. a lot of people don't. So what you'll have to do is something that most people won't approve of JUST because you won't have the funds to make your self look like some fortune 500 company. To get around other people's discomforts, don't tell anyone what you're doing in your daily life. Keep it to your self until you start making it. If you follow this plan save the money you make online for an entire year. Reinvest your revenue back into your business by purchasing domains and unlimited hosting plans.

Nice idea. How would you go with getting traffic to it? Hope to get some organic traffic which I feel would be hard to get for website with little written content or would you try to do some other things?

Good idea. Do all sites have same content? Or different? You use adsense?

it is easier said then done, is it possible, i suppose it is, but you fail to remember...
Once those domains move out of googles grace period, then all of them will take
a nose drive. It would cost a fortune for content, marketing and promotion, and not
only that, you would need a server that can easily handle 100 domains...
