What bothers me is that you are unethical in your dealings with people. Your whole business is unethical, yet you're the first one to call everyone crooks. I am surprised that more and more people are not reporting you to the mods for taking advantage of them.

@mathew : I have friend whom I will happily pay $500 as refundable money for just viewing website as I trust them that they wont run, and I believe that if they are asking me $500 which is actually the the 5% of $100,000 (which I believe my friend/seller think as reasonable justified amount) and if I have that much budget and willing to buy site, I will happily pay and view. I would say you have no idea about the trust game here and you don't know how to make profits out of private listings I would second that suggestion to have a private listing type thing!

Beside this, you may not be a scammer but specially when you are saying, "you may not rank for long time, and your work/things/tricks may stop working anytime".How will someone trust you and buy your website knowing that there is something behind the scene that can stop working a month or two (or anytime before they meet or exceed their ROI) ? in that case if you make money by selling such site you will be technically and ethically called scammer(while you are not scammer in it's genuine meaning )
