If you are talking about the useless poorly written piece of junk in your signature; of course you can apply with it, but it will be rejected with the message "Site does not comply with Google's policies".

Is AdSense actually. You can give it a shot. Let us know what Google AdSense says in case you will be rejected.

As stated above, if it's the site in your signature, then no, it won't get AdSense approved.

The quality of the site just isn't up to AdSense standards. Also, if you do decide to apply as the site is, remove the ads. It still won't be approved but at least they might look a little deeper.

I wont discourage you from doing anything. sometime it is better to take a step rather than listening to critics. Critics will always be there with both positive and negative feedback. I suggest that you give it a try, apply for adsence and you never know if it could get approved even if it is rejected, you have nothing to lose but only gains of lessons.Go for it friend. All the best

You can't; the site is that bad. More than half the sentences were an appalling use of the English language and grammar and did not make a lot of sense.
If a Google search reviewer was to look at the site, you will be getting a manual "pure spam" penalty and be removed from the search index.

Perhaps to get a better idea of what Google wants for a website in order for it to use AdSense, you should check out some helpful information and then compare your site to their guideline.

Here is a link to AdSense policies with some good information: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/23921?hl=en

Google requires all AdSense publishers to follow their webmaster quality guidelines here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348737

Take a look at those and then try to judge your site going by the information there and you should have a better chance.

    Hope this helps.

Did you even look at the site? It sucks. How many sentences can you find that have no spelling or grammatical errors? No advertiser want their adverts showing on that sort of junk. It will get rejected very quickly with the message "does not comply with Adsense policies"

It won't. Just wait and see what response they get if they apply. I can assure you it will be rejected.

Most junk sites that have AdSense on them are from publishers who got approved on a better quality website, then put their AdSense code on everything else they could.

There are MANY sites that don't meet AdSense requirements to have AdSense on them, but until Google catches it or it gets reported it will still show AdSense.

I've seen site's way better than this one get rejected. If this one gets fixed up better, it MIGHT have a chance but not as it is now...

You can't assure me. Nor can I assure you. We will just have to wait and see....however, I'm sure there will be no update either way.... So basically end of discussion.
