    Hi webstranlation, why don't you co-operate with another such as a V.I.P partner of Google to creat and run adworlds for you? It's more convinient because a V.I.P partner has many experiences and they have run lots of campains for many customers. In addition, they will be have more support from Google than others. Beside that, the fee when you pay for a partner maybe cheaper than you pay for someone.
    That's my idea. If you don't need it you can ignore ^^
