My server using centos & cpanel

    i checked in intodns.com
    for myhostingcompany.com no problem

but for cpanel account with dedicated IP, for example clientdomain1.com, get this error message :

Can i solved it by my self,
    or
need to contact ISP to set reverse the dedicated ip to domain clientdomain1.com?

in this person post in wht, he said can solved it by himself
but which part is he mean? i check in WHM > Edit DNS Zone > clientdomain1.com already have this line :

You need to contact your host to do this for you, unless they've delegated reverse dns to you. If you don't know what that is, they probably haven't.

    1. You should contact ISP to set PTR record for IP:
    1.2.3.4 IN PTR server1.domain.com.

    2. You should add A record for your domain zone:
    server1.domain.com. IN A 1.2.3.4

    3. and set your server hostname as server1.domain.com

i checked with dkimvalidator.com, the ip sent from server Main shared IP, for example 6.7.8.9, not from 1.2.3.4

i dont know where is IP 1.2.3.4 come from, its from another country IP, maybe its route that intodns.com use

so i still need set PTR record for IP: 1.2.3.4 IN PTR server1.domain.com.?

and in this person post in wht, he said can solved it by himself
which part is he mean in whm/ssh?

I think i already solved it, checked with intodns.com no above message again:

    - WHM > Exim Configuration Manager > Send mail from account’s dedicated IP address: to On

    - then contact ISP request rdns the dedicated ip to mail.clientdomain1.com

is this 2 steps already correct & enough guys? hope will help others that need this information

The first step is enough, but you should check if RDNS for the second IP is added.
