I posted a related answer. you can find it here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/need-some-knowledge-according-keyword-rank.2708537/#post-19247980
First of all you should define with keywords perfectly suitable for your website and start promote your website with directory submission and social networking
Took a look at this article/page "Tips on How to Choose a Domain Name" You've done well optimizing the image with the keyword phrase, H1 as well as the Title. You didn't use the keyword phrase though in the URL-http://trickspassion(.)com/choosing-a-domain-name/ Also your keyword density is very high/over optimized. The article is around 485 words with (4) keyword phrase mentions (1 being image), almost 10%. When you add in the (2) extra keyword phrases from the "recent posts" in the sidebar and then again in the footer, this increases density even higher. I would definitely remove one of the "recent posts" widgets and add content to the article to get the keyword density in check.
recent posts deleted from footer. I have used "choosing-a-domain-name" word as keyword. I've no good experience but I'm trying my best. I don't even know how much density it is and how much density is required to rank a keyword. Could you explain please? Thanks !!!!! On right side. The "position" is showing the position of my keyword in that page of google or what?
Here are some key points I kept in mind: * Make sure that the keywords you are targeting is not over done, but it must not be underdone. * Make sure all the images have a description [preferably with a keyword] with the alt attribute. * Make sure you have fresh content to feed to the search engines. Keep a sitemap/RSS feed handy, so that you can submit to Google and Bing. From what I have learnt, Google indexes content on the sitemap faster while Bing takes in the RSS faster. * Ensure that BOTH Google and Bing have indexed atleast part of your website. The rest of it will flow naturally. Most other search engines rely on G or B for their results. * Ensure that crawlers can reach your site. Bots like Googlebot, Bingbot, Slurrp, RogerBot, DotBot, AlexaBot are the most important as they will determine your website visibility. * Your site seems responsive and Google says its good for mobile. That's good news for you. I'd pay extra attention to the Images and Alt text. Since your CMS is Wordpress, this shouldn't be a problem. All the best.
I see both have been removed, this will help. Most people don't realize how much WP automatically over optimizes keyword density. Keyword used 5 times in a 500 word article would be 1% "keyword density". You want to keep this percentage around 1% at most. Also add LSI keywords to help rank for secondary keywords. My math was off with the last comment. For not having much experience you're doing very well, better than some with a couple years experience. Yes that is correct or very close to that position when you check live.
To start SEO for the site, Google Analytics data is not the first analysis because it only provide the traffic of the site. It should begin on the internal structures analysis of the site which includes the meta tags, broken links, 404 errors, content, etc.
