Does too much Ads posting hurts?

To create a hype for my new brand i'm thinking of doing a lot of ads posting along with many other things.
    Is this a good idea?
As far as i know ads posting can get my website too much backlinks? Can these backlinks hurt my website ranking?
What is the Google's update according to the ads posting?
Should i create 1 ad to post on multiple website or should i create 20 to 30 ads to submit on multiple websites?

Advertisements usually don't count as links, so consider them irrelevant for your optimization.

Too much ads on your site will just give a bad impression to your audience.
It can be annoying or most likely to looked like a spam site.

You need to work with experienced webmasters or marketers or both.
Find the experts who could do the following:-
    1. Moderate amount of posting of ads per day/week.
    2. Each advertisement at every different site to have slightly different content to avoid "cookie cutter" pages.
    3. Ensure you get do-follow back link (long established webmasters and marketers know the value of this point)
    4. Ask for submission to highly ranked, popular places.
    5. Each of the classified sites need to be integrated with social networking links.
    6. Ping the classified ads page upon completion of work and/or the search engine would crawl these sites (depending on its robot.txt designed by webmaster at their backend), etc.
    7. A good ads posting place has unique ads page for your product/service listing and with SEO for your ads page.
    8. Paid, popular, top ranking classifieds have good image, thus having your brand name there would bring up your image.
    9. Don't be surprised, the package can be very affordable.
In summary posting do not hurt but depend on how you do it and the kind of support you get.

    Too little of it does.
