Fb pages content to my website

Can i take content from facebook pages that r artist. Or comics or entertainers of my country: Pakistan? If the page owners give me permission to use the content on my website?
There is a page they also got website i asked them and they said me: Actually, we are using Facebook's Apis in development that allows us the right to share the content shared on Facebook publicly to our website here is their fb page and site bhainskitang.com https://facebook.com/bhainss

 

It depends. Do the FB page owners have the rights to the published works? If they do, then they can of course give you permission to use it on your site. If they don't, they cannot give you permission, and you'd be breaking the original copyright if you use their content (no matter if you have THEIR permission or not)

Well. Memes have generally fallen under the "fair use" laws, if anyone ever goes after the ones creating or publishing them, but be aware that the use of the images MIGHT be illegal (again, fair use plays into it) - but in general, as long as they make the content themselves, you can freely publish the images on your site, as long as they give you permission.
