    I want to generate some quality backlinks and increase its online visibility.
    Can anyone suggest me some latest foremost tactics to build them?

    If you can offer the best information available in your particular field, then users will come to you. Your content - not just articles, but on page content, meta content, images, etc... - must be of the best possible quality. Look at user experience as well. Google Analytics will show you your visitors and bounce rate, so you can see clearly if people are leaving as soon as they arrive. With this info you can look at how to improve your website for the UX.

    If you are going to change and create new URL for your website then you have to make sure that every page which is cache by google should be proper redirect on your new HTML page. Don't much focus on your backlink just try to create user friendly website and full informative with unique & quality content and trying get natural links and keep updating your website and title and meta tag too. It ll take some time but giving you result for sure.
    You can also start SMO for your website for getting instant traffic and popularity for your website, here is lots of little little things which mostly people are ignore in SEO's like favicon icon, SMO links to your website, if you are targeting particular country then use Google Map business page and add mp on your website and always check your webmaster tools for your site issue like duplicate meta or title tag etc...

    Get some good quality, engaging, provocative content on your site and share it via social media.

    Building more rubbish links, like suggest above, will only increase your problems. Content, social engagement = quality links.

    2) Guest posting on authority sites/blogs (branding for you + HQ backlinks)

    But the best strategy is to create really useful and helpful content for the user.

    Make it 800 or more words long!

    One rarely used method is to get other aged, reputable, top ranking domain to offer you their inner page (deep links) on a similar or exact topic of interest. Quality deep link is a very powerful method for your website ranking to go up.
