How many of you have an affiliate program on shareasale?
What are your experiences with them?
What are the benefits and disadvantages for the advertisers?

We just use SAS about 4 weeks, get 2 sales from there.
The benefits : I think it will take more orders and good for brand building.

Just internal message. We can not send the email directly.
How do you know the affiliate's email?

 

But can i contact all the affiliates ?
For ex 5000 affiliates via internal message?

 

you just can contact the affiliate who approved your program, not all.

 

I don't have any experience with them but i'm also considering this network on my list.

 

I'm considering ShareASale to become a merchant there. I've applied to the support to clarify some points concerning the integration, but I didn't receive any answer. It has already been almost 2 weeks. Maybe someone here can guide me whether the support is available at all because is very important.

They've answered and apologized for the delay. Thir sales team was on the affiliate summit. The answer was really detailed, so I think support will reply quick further. We'll see

 

Don't sweat ShareaSale. Most people who use them don't make any money.
A lot of people don't believe in this sort of thing, but I did it anyway. I hired a telephone psychic for advice on what I should do with my affiliate marketing site that focuses on chess-related products.
I was advised to get rid of all the ShareaSale links and to sign up with Ebay. I already had a few Amazon links and a few House of Staunton links. But the lion's share of affiliate links were ShareaSale. I had a huge number of clicks on the ShareaSale links but not one lowly sale to show for it.
I was told that Ebay and Amazon will be the primary money makers. I was told that I could get some sales out of House of Staunton but it will make considerably less money than either Ebay or Amazon. I was told that ShareaSale is a total loser and I will not make any money with those links at all. I was told that signing up with affiliate networks other than Ebay and Amazon isn't cost efficient. None of them are going to produce anywhere near the results she thinks I will get with Ebay and Amazon.

I make plenty of money on Share a Sale, it's not the platform - it's the user.

Who uses Ebay anymore, by the way?

 

Ebay has quite a few products that fit in with what I'm doing and the products I need to offer.
