    Honey will never make you fat. It contain a lot of healthy sugar like glucose that gives an immediate energy boost and fructose that is slowly providing sustained energy. So eat honey and stay healthy, fit and full of energy :)))

    With sweets it is important that they don't raise blood suggar fast, and white suggar does exactly that. Brown one is better but a lot of brown suggar is cheap white one which is collored. I would also recommend you to use honey, specially if you find a home made one.

    Eating organic raw honey can burn your throat or stomach. I think it will be safer to eat organic honey by adding it to your drink.

    I dont use honey often because I read somewhere honey can increase your weight but it is very helpful for our health.

    Honey is sugar
    Sugar triggers an insulin response
    Insulin drives your body to store fat
    therefore Honey can make you fat

    The thing is, most people don't consume honey in significant amounts. It's not like Coke that is laden with sugar and you can drink 9 teaspoons of sugar in minutes but if you exchanged all the sugar a fat person consumed in processed food with natural honey they'd stay fat and get fatter.

    First of all, if you consume unhealthy products and you want to reduce weight with honey you won't do it. You have to have a well balanced diet and consume honey, that way you will be fit. If you eat fast food and many other unhealthy food nothing will help you reduce your weight.

    Honey actually helps you in decreasing your weight. What actually you have to do is take lukewarm water..squeeze the lemon in to the water and add honey to it...stirr it to have it. This process is to decrease your weight and your tummy....

    Yes, I am using honey every morning. Some people can eat straight from the jar, some mixed with water, but I prefer to drink with a hot tea. Honey is No.1 natural sugar for you body and I don't think that increase or decrease weight.

    Honey and cinnamon

    I am on the fence here. I used to be a big user of Manuka honey, the only honey worth actually eating. But it is sugar, nonetheless.
