How to Rank High in Google 2015?? Please tell me the things that actually work?

I used to rank high but Penguin/Panda put me out of serps for my keywords.

and Now I tried all methods except link building.

Is there anyone who has a website ranking high these days through SEO? If yes please will you tell me how can I rank my websites high in google?
