    I would like to know how freelancer websites such as Upwork, Elance, Fiverr, Outsource, Freelancer etc. manage money. When a customer pays them where does that money go, and how do they let their users take money out of their account at any time? Is their system custom built or is their a bank or online service similar to paypal that allows you to do this kind of thing on your own website?
