I never had adsense on this website, I never tried it and there is not much traffic also. As I said assume no revenues for this blog.

 

This website is 6 years old with tons of content - yet you have zero organic visitors?

If you haven't been able to get any organic visitors in the 6 years you have had the website - how am I going to be able to make this website profitable?

No, those aren't traffic stats. Those are just colorful bars on a screen - they mean absolutely nothing.

Google Analytics is the only traffic reporting tool I use to decide whether or not to purchase a website. Next to content, traffic is the most important aspect for determining the value of a website, without it - a value can't be properly generated.

It's extremely easy to determine the quality of traffic with Google Analytics - other traffic reporting tools are less transparent.

 

as I said earlier, assume no traffic if those stats are just green bars..anyway, you are not interested in buying any website sold here, but to hijack all the threads and promote your business..so from now on, I will report each and every post you make on my threads.

 

That is not true - I make a good effort to purchase a website if it is decent. But I have to ask questions before handing over money, no?

 

as I said, you are not asking any questions, but hijacking my threads to promote what you are selling..do you want to buy websites with good traffic and hundreds of posts of content? I am pretty sure you can't afford to buy this kind of websites, as they sell for thousands of $..

My websites are websites where people could work and improve them, build some links, add more content to the content already there..you should have realized that by now being such an expert in buying websites...

 

First of all, I don't need to prove my financials to you.

Second, I don't sell anything on DP - so what do I benefit from "hijacking" your thread. It's against DP rules to hijack a thread - I am simply responding to your quite aggressive replies.

Third, I understand that in your mind someone could purchase your website, build some links, etc.
However, with content it's really quality over quantity. I recently sold a website that was receiving over 5,000 organic visitors per month with only 4 articles on the entire website. Zero promotion, zero SEO, not a single dime was spent on advertising. I was page one in just 12 days.

That's the beautiful thing about Google - you don't need (and most of the times, can't) force Google to "like" your content. Just because you have hundreds of articles on your website - Google doesn't really care. They want to see quality content.

My whole point is, if your 100+ articles haven't done well with Google - then a new owner isn't going to have any more success. It would be a huge waste of money - when they could spend $50 to have even better results on their own.

Again - I am not hijacking your threads. Your responses to me include questions that demand a response. I am always happy to oblige.

Ok, despite all that's been said here I am still interested. I need to see the changes before I place a bid. (contact page, hopefully with email of , latest version of Wordpress installed, And backround or text color changed so you can read all of the categories )
I have played around with word press a little. Sometimes when you update to new versions they do not work properly with existing content. I have never had a site transferred to my hosting account, how will that take place? I have a hosting account with GoDaddy and have domain names with them. My concern is that when transferring I don't screw up my existing website.
1. How will all of this take place ?
2. Who pays for this to happen ?
3. When does the domain name expire, and do I get the remaining time left on it if there is anything ?
Sorry for so many questions but I have never been through this before.
