Establishing B2B relation for Digital Agency

    I'm currently looking over marketing for Sydney based Digital Agency, we generally work on developing websites specially WP, Joomla, Durpal etc based. Currently, we have space in Sydney, Australia and Kathmandu, Nepal. Basically, we are following B2C model i.e directly working with client. Now we are looking forward to create B2B relation i.e create a relationship with other business that is willing to outsource their development work to us on regular basis.
    So how to get started on this ? I have sent few emails to some Digital Agencies but it is not working.
