Why I see a marketplace unpaid alert when I got a refund?

    Hello!

    A long time ago(2-3 months) I paid for 2 websites on the marketplace, but the seller gave me a refund, because he sold the sites elsewhere(I can show the conversation as well), but in the status I see that the 1st one was refunded and the 2nd have an unpaid status - but it was also refunded. I can search and show you the transactions that have been refunded - is it possible to remove it? Bad stats are shown on my profile because of this issue.

    The seller would need to cancel your bid. Ultimately it's up to the seller to tell the system that you don't owe them money.
