    It means they are banned forever from using paypal except they can view their account if they are bored.

    I need help with this problem too, my $730.23 transaction is pending right after I just had a $317 dollar pending transaction lifted the same morning. I will not get scammed for my apple laptop

    Yes paypal got me too for some anti-virus software I sold on ebay. This is legal software and I got positive feedback. Many other people sell this software on ebay and even use the same pictures as my listing, and i'm sure those sellers use paypal too. Why is this not happening to them? I feel picked on. I sell other things on ebay and paypal is holding about $3000 which I was counting on to pay bills. Now they'll probably hold my money hostage for 6 months. holding money for that long is going to extremes. Paypal did not give me a chance to prove my software is legal. If they told me first I would have removed the listing and shows documents that my software is legal.
