    I have a .com website. It is a UK local business website. I find it in first page of google.com, but 2nd /3rd page for .co.uk . would it happens for domain name?

    if it's a local website, try adding info about the location on the pages (maybe in titles). If applicable, use google business. And wait.

    You mean google.com, no country redirected??
    If you are on the 2nd and 3rd page then it will not be that hard if you'll just push a little harder.
    You can submit also in local listing to improve your search ranking, if you haven't yet?

    I suggest to follow following :

    Do a location targeted keyword research using google keyword tool and find the relative keywords which has higher monthly avg. searches.
    Use this keywords OnPage - Titles, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, Headings and Content.

    Do regular Social Bookmarking of your posts on top 10 social bookmarking sites.
    Engage people by using attractive graphics, offers or different ideas based on your product/service.

    Use top 20 Local Listings to list your business.
    Get reviews and ratings on google local business.

    I think this would be enough to get you on First Page in aprox 20 to 30 days. If you do regularly.

    Use Google + for business and anchor your url in body of text also have a matching url in field for website. Submit it to Google maps. Use several nearby locations
