Too many ways. Focus on conversion rate optimization and user experience design and these problems will go away.
    Make your content better
Make it easier to read and scan
    Add engaging videos or photos.

Just take a step back and look at your site and put yourself in the user's shoes, would you stick around to read this or not?

The most powerful way to reduce bounce rate is to adjust it by calculating the time spent on a page. Please follow these steps
    1. Stop targeting keywords/ marketing channels which are sending low value traffic
    2. Create landing pages which satisfy visitor’s query
    3. Develop contents which can be consumed in short span of time
    4. Use Virtual Pageviews or Event Tracking for Ajax/Flash based contents
Follow these steps in order to reduce your bounce rate.

To reduce bounce rate, you will need to focus more on your content and give them what they want and what they need. Make sure your site is mobile friendly and it loads fast.

This question is pointless without a website to study. We have to guess how much user-friendly is your website or what kind of website is it ?
Bounce rate depends on a lot of factors, and for some it's not that important while for others is a conversion killer , depending of the type of service they provide.

Add a plugin that suggests other related posts of yours at the bottom of your posts. Just google related posts plugin and you'll find plenty.

Think of a way to get the visitors spend longer time on your website. Question yourself why would you spend more time on a specific website? What value do they give you? Apply the same approach to your website.

First, you need to analysis your full website, such as design, content, the quality of the website then go to the analysis tool and review where visitors drop your website then start to work on this page and make a better and beautiful page and put quality and interesting content on the pages. As per my experience by these all stuffs your bounce rate definitely reduces.

Unless if you show is your website, then we can't give you concrete and specific suggestions.

Since most of the general pieces of advice has already been covered here, I'll only dish one out, which is cross-linking your content to related web pages and blog posts, especially if you run a news or feature website.

You can follow following steps to reduce your bounce rate.
    - Make sure your meta description is relevant. If your listing description and actual site content is different users will bounce back.
-Have unique, useful and relevant content for the landing page
-Try to satisfy different types of users. For example some users may looking to buy something from you while others are looking to get knowledge. So you should have products and cart for transaction users and tutorials for informational users.

Follow all the tips shared above and add this one as well.
Make sure that you are using right keywords to drive traffic to your website. If you don’t sell apples on your website and your website ranks for "buy apple" at first page of Google (assume), all those people that will land on your website with an intention to buy apples will leave immediately since you don’t sell apples.
Therefore using right keywords for targeting is extremely important to enjoy a low bounce rate.
