    Sitemap submitted to search engines. Updates on rss pushed out on social media automatically. Ping services. There are enough of free services to use and not waste money on. Don't waste your money, please.

    You can submit your URL in Google Webmaster Tools, In the left side of GWT, there is option "Fetch as Google", Just put your URL there and click fetch as Google. Google bots will immediately consider there is some new on this URL.

    "Fetch As Google" in your Google Webmaster Tools usually gets Google to check out your page quite quickly. I use it with every new page and every significant change to existing pages.
