There a couple of ways to optimize your blog. You can do it either by On-page SEO, Off-page SEO On-site SEO. Here are few ways by which you can optimize your blog.
On-page SEO
1. Do keyword research before you write an article.
2. Mind quality not quantity.
3. Use your focus keywords at least 3 times in the post or you can simply use Yoast plugin in order to get better learning. Do not exceed keyword density over 1.25%
