    Hello. I've moved back to my home country after a few years staying abroad. My paypal is currently fixed to my previous address. Is there any way to change my country without closing my account? Thank you

    Call them and ask them to do it for you. :)
    May be they can require some documents also.

    No You can't, If you have moved to another country, you have to close your previous account and make another one from the country you are living :)

    Yeah. I paid a call to the call center. The CS told me to create a new account. Oh well. Sad thing is the reps being gone.

    There are 2 way to do it.

    1st
    Is notify PP that you'll go to other country,then they will not ban your account when they detect the different IP.

    2nd
    Close your account and reopen new PP account at your country.
