    Well, the reason for my asking is that my friend is looking for reliable dedicated server provider.
    I decided to help him and think that some experts will point me a good direction.
    He needs 320GB space, 2GB RAM, 2000GB data transfer, cPanel.
    His budget is about $80 – 120.
    What can you say about findmeaserver.com? Is it reliable option?
    So, what company can you recommend me to deal with?

    Your friend has a decent budget for a low end dedicated server. If the location doesn’t matter, then you will find some good deals here in web hosting advertisement section. Btw, your friend needs a managed dedicated hosting or unmanaged?

    Xeons servers are quite cheap nowadays and you can get 4 to 6 cores for those kinds of platforms, for an example, Intel Xeon E3-1230V2 that easily comes around $100 to $150/month price range.

    The budget is fair enough comparing to your requirements. I would certainly try there support before signing with any company, because that is for me the most relevant thing. You should also ask about DDoS protection and the parameters of the servers. For reviewing the company I would check some review portals like trust pilot or wh top and then google them.
