Does Skrill allow Indian users to pay others without using the Credit Card?

    My question is in the title.
    Does Skrill allows Indian users to pay others without using the Credit Card just as the Paypal was doing 5 years back?

    Please share your experience and knowledge.

    Yes, If you're a skrill account holder and recieving payments from other skrill account holders. In that case, you can use your balance to send payments but you can't upload payment/money without providing your debit/credit cards.
