A 4 Year Old Celebrity Blog with Decent Theme and Great Traffic Up for Sale!

Why are you selling this site?

This was a side project and I'm planning to focus on my primary project.

    How is it monetized?
I haven't tried this but by the looks of it, there is an excellent opportunity to monetize it through any good Ad network.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No

How much time does this site take to run?
An hour every day to post news and updates regarding celebrity gossip

What challenges are there with running this site?
I haven't worked on this site for quite a while, so you will need to start posting to regain traffic.

Why give you $100.00 when I can make the exact same website for basically just a domain reg fee?

This website is nothing but stolen images and duplicate content.

It's not even allowed to have Adsense on it.

Thank you for your feedback Matthew. The price is for domain age, website traffic, website design customization and basic content. A website like this won't work anyway without good quality content posted regularly.

Unless you have an insider source at Hollywood, you can't get images, unless you're relying on other websites with actual sources. Naturally, the photos posted on the website are collected from all over internet.

    You're using a Wordpress theme - a nulled one I would bet.

    Basic content? Try stolen content.

    Are you serious?

This doesn't justify you copying and pasting images from another website onto your own.

1 - The theme is not nulled. The nulled themes are accompanied with trojans, which is a big no for hosting.
    2 - Stolen?
3 - Let me explain again. Let's say a photographer snaps a picture of Taylor Swift. A day later, the same picture is shared in magazines, online blogs, social media etc. So it goes viral all over the internet. Are magazines stealing the picture of Taylor Swift? The point being that in media industry, there are very few "actual" sources who are producing the content. The rest of the blogs follow the major players in the industry. Similarly, let's say a new iPhone preview is presented in US. There are a dozen of reporters in the event who take pictures of iPhone and share on their blogs. Couple of days later, you'll see the same pictures floating all over the internet. Is everyone stealing the new iPhone pictures? We call this sharing, not stealing.

I am not going to argue with you.

Sharing an image on Facebook is a lot different than putting it on your own website.

Your textual content is copied as well, any reason for that?

Also - you claim this can be monetized via Adsense but that's not true due to adult content and duplicate articles.

Now we may have something here.

Mind sharing the keywords that are bringing in the organic traffic?

The point being that first you have to search for a good "brandable" domain in the respective niche. Next, you need to find a web design firm to setup website / blog on the domain name. Next, you need to hire article writer to post on that domain name. Finally, you need an SEO guy to do some link building for the domain. The most important factor is, what is the domain age? How long has been the website been in Google? Has it passed the sandbox period? Is it indexed in major search engines? Is it receiving organic traffic? If all that is done for you, what else do you need?

After all this work is done, it's not like registering a "fresh domain" and installing a theme. There are added costs for each phase mentioned above.
