    It's on page 1 of yahoo and bing, but no where on google. Would need proper SEO to get that google traffic.

    If you're willing to come close to the buy-now price, I have an affiliate account that has earned over $4000 in the last couple years (can provide proof) that I will throw in. If you know anything about sports affiliate accounts, you know they go up and down. Well, this one is no different. But it's on the verge again of making $$. The affiliate account alone would pay for the site purchase over time.

    Same players for 3+ years. They bet like clockwork. A great base if you can build upon them.

    Traffic. It gets 40-70 uniques a day - all via search engines.
