Robot text and partial fetch issues - need suggestions

    I have set my Robot text file recently..pls see the screenshot whether it is ok..and give your suggestions ..I have recently updated a post which is not indexed yet..is there any fault to my sitemap or robot text..after fetching google bot I found that it is showing Blocked..is that the issue why my post havent been indexed yet? robtxt.jpg
