i need a server security company. who do you recommend?

Hello, my name is Steve and I've come to seek the help of the pros. I have a server at softlayer (cloud vps) and I'm having serious security issues. I have a hacker that keeps messing with all of my sites. he changes template files, index files and user names so i cant log in. its been going on for a few months now and its gotten very annoying. I wanted to ask what company would be good to get help from.

I'm looking for a security company that can find the holes, secure the server and keep him from coming in. hes also currently spamming from the server and my exim email client has been turned off. I'm sure its some script but I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to this stuff. I really need some guidance and hope that you can help
