    Why are you selling this site?
    As I don't run websites any more, the site is neglected.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    None.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    With the site being neglected, the site probably could do with more content.

    Nice site. Is there a reason for the decline in AdSense revenue? i.e. has it been hit by Panda or any other Google algo update (as far as you know)?

    Your guess is as good as mine, I thought it could have been due to the neglect. Another site I sold the new owner made it 'mobile friendly', guess that's another possibility.
