    I am planning on making a site with pictures(and video clips) of little girls modeling.
    there is nothing illegal in this but I am afraid that I couldn't find ad network that will work with me. I know that the 'sexual' nature of the site is clear but there is no sex/nudity or anything else that can be defined as "adult" so should I try adult ads, regular ads or both?.

    i asked in the adsense forum, one of the users(not part of the adsense staff) told me that they might see the site as "adult" site and that "AdSense has very little sense of humor when it comes to children, sex and adult content". the real problem is that adsense(like many google products) doesn't have a real contact email/chat that you can actually ask them directly and not just speak with random people, so I have to rely on what that guy is saying.

    I hope to speak with some adnetwork staff member and ask him directly if they will accept my future site

    I don't think any network will work with you unfortunately.
    You could try to sell ads privately to modeling agencies.

    It sounds like you're walking a fine line here. Whether you're showing nude pictures or not, I find the portrayal of children in this fashion to be morally reprehensible.

    there is a way to sell privately ads to some businesses in general? something like a dedicated forum/service to actually contact advertisers?
