Need advise on skill set required for Digital Marketing jobs.

    There are a lot of digital marketing agencies these days. These jobs boast of attractive salary packages, a t-shirt friendly office environment and the chance to work with some really creative people from the industry. Office spaces are furnished with gardens, pool tables and much more.

    My question is... How does a fresher get a job in such a company. I've been applying to jobs for the post of 'Digital Marketing Planner', 'Content assistant' and some others, but I don't get any response. I'd like to ask the pros over here to help me out. Tell me what skills do I need to have (PHP, Java, Illustrator etc) so as to get their attention... Any help will be appreciated.
