    My site has some adult content in text so i can't view adsense ads on it but i don't want my site showing all adult ads. Does anyone know of a good adsense alternative that allows adult content and will display non adult ads like adsense does.

    you can still join adult adnetwork and create a custom ad to which you can upload your own images as banner. just assume this is what you may want.

    Adsense will not accept adult content, you have to look for adult ad network. I think xendurinan provide you a good list of adult network.
