If I were you I wouldn't get into the weight loss niche as a newbie it's too competitive. Start with affiliate marketing in a less competitive niche.

 

You will always have competitors in all niche. but one thing I sure can tell you a niche that always sell - SEX. Adult sites gain traffic in less than a month of promoting it and if done good, you'll earn well with it and you start a niche site later to experiment with while you earn monthly with adult.

There are many good affiliate and MLM or Network Marketing programs out there. What exactly are you looking for, besides of course the need for an ethical and honest program? What are your passions, and what would you really enjoy promoting? These are all factors to consider as you search for a good Internet or home business program.

look if your looking for money right now, i have a few tricks up my sleeve that doesnt have nothing to do with affiliate or marketing, you can do dropshipping very easily using two of the most popular sites for buying and selling. amazon and ebay. this is the quickest money i've every made online and its something i've done myself for a long time, you simply post an item on ebay, customer purchase it and you go to amazon for the lower priced of that item and buy it then ship it directly to the address they left for you and keep the profits, easy money the best items that sell quickly is games and game systems, cameras any electronics but you should do your comparisons on prices of items between the sites before posting. try it and let me know how it worked out oh and it is competive but where's theres competition there's money flow and business.

 

If you are just starting out I would start out with affiliate marketing. If you are going to do it on your own its tough I started that way and its hard to weed out what's good information and what is not. I would get myself a mentor to cut down on the learning curve.

 

You should really find a mentor first, a lot of the stuff online that you can find could be complete crap. With a mentor who's actually making money online can help the learning curve. I'm more of an Internet Marketer and do affiliate marketing. To me it's much easier. first of all find out what you can the best, mean what skills do you have. It will help you get success fast.
At start use your own skills instead of investing much.
