Does anyone know a ACH company who allows me to send money via ACH and accept money via ACH? If they have credit cards to that would be a plus

Which ones have you looked at?

All of the ACH companies I have dealt with allow for debits and credits of checking and savings accounts. This is a fairly fundamental feature of an ACH program IMO. I wouldn't even consider one that doesn't allow transferring money both directions.

I can't find one. I looked at installbill, neteller and the oribalpay one recommended above. I also googled and contacted a few more but forget their name. I may need to go directly to a bank to do this or something idk..

We use http://www.achworks.com/ for our own ACH'ing. We have a few others as well, but this has worked very well for us. They have a good API. We do several thousand ACH's each month, credits and debits.
