Welcome everyone, I am a new member on this forum. Introducing, I am from Indonesia.

I have problems with my first website, Why is my website, the local news niche, has a very small page CTR? I get 0,86% - 1,41%.

Is there something wrong with Adsense ad placement?

Please all adsense master to help me. This is my website: suara-bekasi.com

i would suggest putting ads in the middle of your content/article as well as at top... bottom is a waste, and the allowed 3 ad units will do better above

Blend using the different color schemes
Allow both text and image ads.
See what works and what not.
    Ask me any questions:)

As others have said, you want to ensure the adverts are placed "above the fold" which means are visible on the screen without the need for the user to scroll down. Make them the first things they notice, but ensuring they don't stick out like a sore thumb.

There is no harm in having a play with the positioning until you find placements that work

Yes Ad placement and all matter. But may I know from where you will be getting CTR, cause AdSense CPC depends upon the GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITION. If click from US, UK, you will be getting good amount of CPC.

Most of the time it has to do with your audience and the interest that audience has in your content. Usually with news sites like yours, you have to talk about the most relevant and the hottest topics in order to gain a better click through....more importantly, you need to be sure you are positioning the Adsense content in the right places. Usually the best place is in the middle of the content written so it looks like it's part of the written content.
