    Hello all. You all know what social signals are. Tweets, Likes, Shares etc etc.

    And you all probably know what a social signal checker is by now.

    You input your URL and it tells you how many social signals, shares, likes etc you have.

    Does anyone know how to build one of these suckers?

    I'm looking for a script like it that I can add to my site, possibly either in an iframe or just embedded into the site.

    I want people to use it to see how many social signals etc they have. Also one that can tell people other things as well such as PR, PA, DA etc.

    Anyone know where I can find something like this? Or willing to work with me to build one?

    You'll need to use API's , give a look to what facebook, twitter, etc... API offer.
    https://developers.facebook.com/
    https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public
    ...

    Then just use requests to the PHP file to obtain the required data.

    If that's what you want or not at all, It would be a pleasure to perform a project in team and find a way to build something interesting if you're interested.

    I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel! I don't want to link to another social signal checker. That would defeat the whole purpose of having a social signal checker on my site!
    You just don't know how to do it so thats the only thing you know how to say.

    ThePHPMaster, I've seen that before and it would pretty much be perfect. But it doesn't show how it works or where to get it, who to contact about it or anything so not sure why you have showed it to me really.

    Sorry I thought you wanted the API service (I guess I looked at the second post more than the OP).

    I think it would be best to post this in the service requested area so people who knows PHP/MySQL can bid on how much it will cost to build such script for you.

    Why not just purchase this standalone version for $7.00?

    I own a copy and it worked well back when I needed it. I think their demo needs to update the API because it's not showing anything for Facebook.

    Do your own due-diligence of course. At least with Envato you get full support and a money back guarantee.
