    Facebook traffic is considered poor converting by advertisers.
    Now, its very risky to use Adsense for this kind of traffic.
    SEO traffic is the best traffic you can get

    I've had a CTR of around 10% on a couple of my sites and have never faced any issues. As long as you do not violate the adsense TOS, you have absolutely no reason to worry. The more targeted your traffic is, the higher your CTR will be.
