The bounce rate is when a visitor exits the site without visiting any other page on your website and for blogs this is quite normal as they were referred to a specific page on your blog (blog article) by a link or search engine in google and the visitor was only interested in that particular article and he may have not wanted to visit other pages on the blog.

If your traffic source is from social platforms like Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, then the visitors will normally bounce off the page they visit.

Keep working on your website and adding new content and improve the traffic from search engines.

Also, I checked your website with webpagetest.org and it showed of site loading time of 4.9 seconds, that is pretty bad, higher page loading times also contribute alot in higher bounce rates as a normal visitor won't wait that long for the page to load.

I would suggest moving to a better hosting package if you are using shared hosting.

 

Don't worried about the bounce rate, there are various ways to reduce the bounce rate here,

example if you make a post related to the SEO, try to provide more related information where the customer will search for it again.
so they will read 2 or 3 more pages and they spend huge time in your portal. Always for good content peoples will response.

70-80% is pretty much OK Bounce rate. Only THE BEST organised websites can reach under 60% and that is questionable.
Other thing is... If you have blog with good written article and someone comes and read that article - resolve initial problem and close your blog - why to penalize that? SEO experts talk about these scenario also - if you have good quality calculator web application which can convert miles to meters and someone comes and do the trick. He won't stay on your blog just to be curious about other metrics. he is found what he was interested for. This apply for weather channel websites and so on.
Conclusion is - Google won't make misjudgment based only on a bounce rate. Algorithm that Google use takes more than just a few parameters (visit time, word count +++) to make final decision.
