    I can't believe it took me so long to find this place. It seems like the right place to go for finding good, like-minded people to work worth, and learn everything about the industry I am in.

    I also have a question....does anyone know how to change the flag on my profile? I am American, but was in The Czech Republic when I made the account and now it showing that flag.

    Being a native speaker is a huge advantage in my industry and I am afraid it will put people off. Anyone know what to do?
