Problem with Structured Data

HI,

I have a website that people can place their car's ad to sell their car.
I want to add structured data So I can display a small picture of car and Price tag in google search result.I have placed the codes in my page but When I use Structured Data Testing Tool I got two errors:
First: The reason we can't show text from your webpage is because the text depends on the query the user types.
Second:"Error: In order to generate a preview with rich snippets, either price or review or availability needs to be present" Which I have price tag snippets.
