    Well, I'm only a publisher. You would be the advertiser. You could set up a campaign where you can collect a list of interested people, or you could make a campaign that if a website owner/publisher refers a customer to you - they would make a commission. Referrals can be made through links and phone calls.. It's sort of like Google Adwords, except you're dealing closer to the individuals promoting your stuff. DP has an affiliates forum that talks about it extensively.

    And then take it to the next level by creating a smaller sign that can fit on an average car and have plain old people driving around everywhere with them to help defray their gasoline costs. Become the Uber of mobile vehicle advertising. :)
