Buying Banner Ads for Google Ad Campaign for Book

    I just started a Google ad campaign for my self-published book. I need some banner ads for Google's network. I am very busy with a full-time job and trying to publish another book that is one month away from launch, so I don't have a lot of time to go back and forth.

    You will be supplied the artwork of 4-5 stock images, book cover image and book cover in 3D (2 images).

    You will have creative control over which images would work best in which size ad. The book name simply must be shown on all ads, which is live on Amazon.com.

    I will make a decision on Friday and put down a deposit.

    I need these sizes:
    468x60
    300x250
    336x280
    320x50
    200x200
    728x90
    160x600
    125x125
    120x600
    300x600



    Here's what I need from you:

    Portfolio of banner ads that you have done in various sizes.
    I need a price for the complete project.

    Please be to the point and straightforward as I am very busy.
