    One of my friend refunded 35 $ to me via Paypal 10 th of this month.Yesterday i got a debit card statement.According to debit card statement 35 $ had added in to debit card 21st of this month.But the bad thing is 30 $ has reduced again in 25th of this month.What happened to refunded money.Is it a normal thing and will it added again to my debit card or has something gone wrong? confused
