    Hi,
I own a website www.itrafficsupplier.com selling internet traffic from expired domains. I'd like to know what is more profitable between selling web traffic or just social traffic like facebook likes, fas twitter followers etc. Also id like to know what your preferences are on buying social media traffic and web traffic.

    Thanks

I believe, its better on purchasing social media traffic utilizing Facebook ads, an advanced Tweet and so forth. You can likewise make promotions on LinkedIn that connections to a lead era shape on your site.

Facebook ads have been terrible for me. In general, I think it is poor practice on Fb's part to charge pages to advertise to those that already have liked your page. Imo, Twitter is the way to go right now and that is what I've started focusing on for my site and seeing good results. Increased our follows by 3,000 in the last year and aiming for 4,000 more than what we have by the end of the year.

Sorry to say this but I don't think selling traffic actually works.

Things matter... What you want to achieve. If it only traffic then social signal campaigns are best. But on the other hand if you want business then I would recommend to go with organic traffic instead of network referral.
    Thanks

I agree 100%. Selling traffic isn't the way to go. No way I'd ever buy traffic myself.

I've sold traffic since 1999, it does work well for me. Developed all my own applications. The sources of traffic is what keeps changing. The public is evolving. Good thing coming, IMO.

Yeah! You have a point though. But options between selling web traffic than social traffic, I bet it's more profitable to sell social traffic instead. But I won't recommend selling of those either 'coz I think it's part of doing black hat though.

I think that it depends on what kind of traffic it is. Google sells traffic, right? Does it work for them? Oh wait, they are worth 400 billion dollars.

Well, we're actually talking about selling internet traffic from expired domains, and not Google mainly.
Let's just exclude Google here, ayt?!

Well, it depends. From my personal experience it has allways payed off. Businesses have found it very much profitable. It shouldn't even be quite so "mysterious". The more traffic, the better rating, the more cilents will come.

But then again, social traffic is not identifcal to website traifc, so that might be the cause of our difference in opinion. :)
