    if you go for popup it will be cheaper.... if you are only interested in the traffic.

    If you are getting traffic at this rate (0.01) than it is definitely poor quality traffic(80-90% of bot traffic)

    Try 7search if you want decent quality traffic with affordable CPC rates.

    Precisely. 0.01 is rather low. You need to strike a bit of balance between the two.

    There are lot's of options out there. I'd suggest you pay notice to trustworthy reviews and overall popularity of the page.
