Giving access to my PayPal account

    How can I give my business partner access to my PayPal account. I'm living in USA and my business partner is living in EU. He cannot sign in to my PP account because of the security issues. How can I do it?
    He only needs easy access, able to make Invoices and make refunds to my clients.

    Upgrade your account to business there you can create users on same account with permissions you want.

    Tell him to download hotspotshield and use the USA IP it provides to login and execute whatever transaction he wants.

    If you go the VPN route as coolcash2014 recommended, I would consider paying for a VPN with a dedicated IP as it will likely reduce issues. Upgrading to a business account is your best bet though.

    The safest route would be to actually ask PayPal what options are available. Why risk getting your account closed with the VPN route if there is a multiple-user system built into your business account?

    Phone them and go from there :)

    What kind of paypal account are you using? if you are using business account, then you can just log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click Manage Users under Account Information to set the "allow access"

    DO NOT use the VPN option! If everything is legal with your account and you have nothing to hide, just create another user in your Profile.

    You need to create business account and then create sub account into PayPal u can also give him some permission to transfer funds etc
