    You could try CPA ad network
    such as NeverBlue, ClickBooth, Peerfly, MaxBounty ect...
    They will all have good diet, health, skin offers floating around.

    Maxbounty, Peerfly, and A4D are great cpa sites that have "free" offers that might appeal to your visitors. Have you considered building an email list from your website visitors? I would create a banner that links a squeeze page with a free offer (free pdf on weight loss, cooking, arts and craft ideas etc.) then create a sales funnel with similar products from various affiliate networks. Now you are making money with front and back end sales. Once you have a large enough email list, you can sell solo ads for an extremely targeted audience. Tons of possibilities.
